Can Ignoring Your Phone Help You Stay Out of Burnout?

We actually treat our brains pretty poorly while we're at work.

We busy ourselves all day long with our phones and our smart watches and all of these distractions add up in the context of a busy work environment.

Then at the end of a full, busy day, we bombard our brains with more new information as we scroll through social media or even as we go home and then finish our favorite series.

But the truth is that if you can take a break from your phone, social media, and videos, you can actually help yourself break free from burnout.
